Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information from the Operations and Medical Management teams. Assesses and performs review of member clinical records and services related to behavioral health and substance use. Implement and manage procedures for tracking, identifying and problem-solving operational issues.

Provide group counseling, psychoeducation, and related interventions for individuals struggling with addiction and seeking long-term recovery with medication assistance. You will interact regularly with members, referral sources, field staff, and members of the local community, guiding them on the path to recovery. This position is remote with expectation of attending team meetings quarterly.
